Miriam Jerome brings a wealth of cross-cultural experience and a passion for nurturing the growth of others as the Director of Mentoring and Resourcing at AZMERA.

With a remarkable 15-year journey living and working in Japan, Miriam's dedication to bridging cultures and fostering connections is at the core of her mission. Upon returning to the United States, she pursued her academic aspirations, earning a Master of Arts degree in Leadership Skills in Human Resources, further enriching her knowledge and skills.

Miriam's journey in member care began in 2000, and since then, she has been a steadfast advocate for the well-being and development of individuals. Her empathetic approach and innate ability to provide guidance and support have touched the lives of many.

As a widow and an empty-nester, Miriam has embraced a new chapter of her life with enthusiasm. She has a strong affinity for exploring diverse cultures, both stateside and overseas, where she thrives on engaging with women seeking her wisdom and understanding.

Family holds a special place in Miriam's heart, and she is the proud mother of four married sons, a doting grandmother to seven grandsons, and cherishes the presence of her granddaughter and two great granddaughters.
